As the Founding Broker and Owner of Exit 1 Stop Realty, Connie knew that the agents were the asset of her company, and she was the driving force behind the fastest growing office in the area. Connie Stommel was a Real Estate Agent for over 40 years and was licensed in MD, VA and Washington Dc.  With a background in residential, commercial, historical, short sales, foreclosures, and even loan modifications, construction, & land development, Connie’s experience was unsurpassed in her market.

Having serviced more than 1000 clients in her 40 years, Connie had the knowledge necessary, not only to assist her clients, but also to assist the agents within her office.  She held regular training and coaching sessions with her agents to ensure that they are all as well trained as she was so they can get the most & the best from their real estate careers.  Her agents knew they could always count on her for support and truly appreciated her expertise.

Connie fought a long and hard battle with cancer that she ultimately succumb to in early 2022.  We truly lost a special person and will continue to miss Connie in years to come!. She was a friend to everyone she met, a mentor to her agents in her office, as well as the community.  Connie had a vision for her company and it has been passed down to her daughter Ellie Stommel, who is now the Broker/Owner of EXIT 1 Stop Realty that will keep that vision alive.
